If you are not totally satisfied with our products within 30 days of the original purchase date, we want to make it right. Please Contact our Customer Service Team with your order number and products you’d like to return and we’ll make it right.

We reserve the right to refuse any return request. The 30-day money back guarantee is only valid for first time purchases of a product.

DAMAGED ITEM:

If an item arrived damaged, then please contact us and we will send out a replacement free of charge to you. Our team may request photos of damaged products, which are used to improve the customer experience. You must notify us of these issues within 7 days of delivery date.

REFUND:

If a refund is issued, a credit will be made to the original form of payment on the order. We will send a confirmation email when the refund has been initiated. The funds should appear back to your method of payment between 2-10 Business Days, depending on your financial institution.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 Business Days, we recommend that you contact your financial institution to track the status of your refund.
